The basic construction
component is a modular tongue and groove interlocking unit known as a
STAVE. Marietta Silos offers a choice of three types of staves. 2-1/2"
solid sand and gravel, 3- 5/8" solid Haydite and 5-3/4" air cell Haydite.
The tank use and size determines our recommendation for your specific
installation. This information will also decide the number and spacing
of hoops on the storage tank walls and other construction details.
